I don't know of any, but you could try a hex editor and see if you find the spot that the number of current diamonds is saved in, e.g. make a couple of different save games, each with different amounts of current diamonds, and cross-search their numbers in the .sav files under My Documents\My Games\Far Cry 2\Saved Games\.
