I have worn Hoka Gaviota 2s and 3s before buying the 4. The comfort level is pretty far down. The shoe seems shorter than the 2 or 3 and the toe space is not nearly as wide. They were sent back in the same bigger box every paper correctly filled. Now Hoka have refunded only pair and the second pair seems to be lost. In addition, now answer from the customer service. Really poor quality of the customer service! Date of experience: December 20, 2023. MS.
